Rave Neal
Rave Neal is a London-based operating executive and founder with 15+ years driving commercial strategy, operations, and go-to-market execution across global technology, retail, and consumer organisations. He currently leads sales enablement and operations in Cloud & AI platforms. His career spans Microsoft, Amazon, and Procter & Gamble, with leadership roles in commercial strategy, finance, and global operating-model design.
Alongside his corporate role, Rave is founder of Rave Neal & Associates, a strategic advisory practice helping leaders and organisations operate with clarity in complex, AI-shaped environments — through operating-system and decision-framework design, executive coaching, and team performance work. His current focus is the emergence of AI-native applications: products designed around intelligent systems from the ground up, with a consumer product of his own design in pre-launch.Executive/Founder

Christie Neal

Together, we can!Christie Neal is a co‑founder, healthcare professional, and business owner with a background spanning nursing, entrepreneurship, and people‑centred service. Previously based in the US, she led Get Really in Tune (now Rave Neal & Associates) beginning in 2017, with a focus on personal growth, intentional living, and meaningful outcomes.
Her experience also includes building and running Earthwell, an all‑natural and organic beauty care business grounded in simple ingredients, sustainability, and thoughtful product design. Across her work, Christie brings a hands‑on approach shaped by care, discipline, and attention to detail.
Today, Christie is focused on bringing people‑centred ideas into the world through technology. Drawing on strengths in care, communication, trust‑building, and service, she works at the intersection of empathy and innovation—helping shape tools and experiences that support growth, connection, and meaningful change without losing sight of the human experience.Yessenia Chapeta
Social Media ManagerYessenia is a student, creator, and emerging social media manager with a strong interest in psychology, human behaviour, and digital communication. Based in the U.S., she is currently studying at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, where her academic focus centres on understanding how people think, connect, and engage.
Alongside her studies, Yessenia works with Santa Maria Community Services, a nonprofit dedicated to adult stability and socio‑economic empowerment. Supporting a diverse demographic—including men, women, families, and single‑person households—she assists individuals within the Hispanic community and low‑income areas in securing housing and employment. This work has strengthened her ability to navigate complex human challenges and communicate thoughtfully with a wide range of audiences.
Yessenia now applies these people‑centred skills to social and digital presence management, driving innovation at the intersection of empathy, technology, and meaningful change. Her focus is on helping human‑centred ideas reach the right audiences—clearly, authentically, and with purpose—supporting products and platforms designed to serve people first.
